Steve Bentley FRAeS CEO of Sofema Answers Questions on Sofema Online ENPL SOLAs we are constantly expanding our offerings, our CEO Steve Bentley FRAeS provides insight into Sofema Online's signature “Enrol Now Pay Later Program” (ENPL). In this exclusive interview, Steve shares how the program is designed to provide greater flexibility, streamlined access, and enhanced benefits for organizations seeking regulatory compliance and professional development training.

Q: Tell us about Sofema Online.

Steve Bentley: In just a few words, we launched our online platform back in 2013, and through steady growth, by 2024, we are proud to offer over 400 courses, packages, and diplomas.

During September 2024, we made over 4,000 enrollments in a single month. Looking ahead, we confidently expect to reach 150,000 total enrollments at some point next year.

Q: Why did you introduce the ENPL program?

Steve Bentley: Actually, our flagship product is the Corporate Freedom Pass (CFP). While the CFP is an outstanding product Corporate Freedom Pass, we understood that many larger organizations, who would benefit the most from the CFP, don’t have the authority at the operational level to sign a CFP contract.

Additionally, our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which require receipt of payment before enrollment, often acted as a barrier to convenient enrollment. That’s why we introduced the Enrol Now Pay Later Program (ENPL), providing our clients with total enrollment freedom and flexibility. As an added bonus, they also have the opportunity to receive consolidated increased discounts.

Note: Participation in the ENPL program requires acceptance into our Privileged Training Partner (PTP) program.

Q: What are the key benefits of the ENPL program?

Steve Bentley: ENPL is especially beneficial for organizations that need flexibility in managing regulatory compliance training while optimizing their budget. By becoming part of our Privileged Training Partner program, your company can take full advantage of these cost-saving and administrative benefits while supporting the professional development of your staff.

Key benefits include:

  • Clients can request enrollments at any time of the month.
  • At the end of each month, a single invoice is generated with the maximum possible discount.
  • The provided invoice allows an additional 30 days for payment, meaning payment for enrollments can occur up to 60 days after enrollment.

Q: What discounts are available for ENPL?

Steve Bentley: A minimum 15% discount for Sofema Online courses on our platform www.sofemaonline.com is provided as part of the Privileged Training Partner (PTP) agreement.

  • For 25 to 49 enrollments, the discount increases to 20%.
  • For 50 or more enrollments, the discount rises to 25%.

Additionally, PTP clients receive a 10% discount on all diplomas and packages available on Sofema Online.

Q: What are the key advantages of the ENPL program?

Steve Bentley: The ENPL program offers several advantages, including:

  • >> Instant access to over 400 courses, packages, and diplomas, allowing companies to address training needs immediately.
  • >> Administrative efficiency through a dedicated Company Account Manager.
  • >> Monthly reporting, providing corporate clients full visibility of their staff’s training status.
  • >> Consolidated discounts, ensuring the highest level of discount each month through a single invoice.
  • >> No enrolment limits or fees, with no restriction on the number of enrollments you can make each month. There are also no hidden costs or membership fees associated with the program.

By choosing ENPL, you not only enhance your ability to provide timely training for your team but also create a seamless, cost-efficient approach to maintaining regulatory compliance and upskilling your employees.
