A Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) defines the product design change, states how the modification affects the existing type design, and lists serial number effectivity. This course aims to provide awareness of the structural composition and impact of FAA EASA STCs as well as a thorough understanding of the associated terminology and procedures including changes to Type Design, Control of Supplementary Type Certificates (STC) (modifications), and repairs.
