How Can I become a SAS/SOL PTP Partner?

You may request admission to the program at any time, and this will be considered on its merit. We also approach customers where we feel program membership will bring additional client benefits (usually after the successful delivery of an “in-company” training.)

PTP Partners receive the following Benefits with Sofema Online
1. A minimum standard 15% discount for Sofema Online courses on our online training platform, www.sofemaonline.com, will be provided as a part of this PTP agreement.
2. Corporate Freedom Pass: one additional free slot for your team with every plan you purchase (minimum CFP-5 and above).
3. You will have a dedicated Account Manager as your direct point of contact to answer your questions, provide support and guidance, and help you choose the best options for your organisation's needs.
4. PTP Partners can request expedited availability of a training subject that is not currently offered, provided there are at least 10 delegates enrolled.
5. For corporate enrolment in EASA 145 Recurrent Training, we provide reminders for mandatory courses (HF, EWIS, and FTS) upon request, but only for bulk purchases. (By request)
6. 10% discount on all Diplomas and packages available on Sofema Online.
7. Special price of the Sofema Online Freedom Pass Package, which includes all courses on Sofema Online available for 1 year at a price of 1169 EUR instead of 1375 EUR.
8. Individual Freedom Pass Available with 2 Payments for Staff of PTP Clients (2 Payments of 630 EUR). The first payment is due before commencement of the freedom pass package, and the second payment is due after 60 days of enrollment.

1. You will receive a 15% discount on the total cost of “In Company Classroom Training”. * (Please note variation to PTP in respect of withholding tax)
2. You will receive 15% for 1 “In Company Webinar Training”.
* For clients from countries with a tax withholding policy up to 10%, the following will be applicable:
1. 10% less discount than the agreed in points 1 to 6.
2. The client may deduct 10% tax.
3. If the client provides us with a Certificate of Tax Withholding, SAS will provide the following options:
a) Provide a refund of 10% from the received amount.
or
b) provide an equivalent discount of 10% from the received payment as credit for future training courses.
Additional Benefits from the SAS Privileged Training Partner Program:
a) For Classroom or Webinar “In Company Training,” the client can increase the number of delegates from 12 to 15 without additional charges.
b) For Classroom or Webinar “In Company Training,” the admin fee for delegates above 15 and up to 20 is decreased to 35 EUR per delegate per course.
c) A standard discount of 10% will be provided for the SAS Aviation Consulting Services.
SOL Plus for Individuals
SOL Plus is a Members Group for Individuals that recognizes customer loyalty to SofemaOnline.

Please note that the SAS Discount Policy is conditional on timely payment of all due amounts 7 days prior to the training course. Any payment delay past the invoice due date will result in normal prices applying.
