How long do you keep certificates?

It is your responsibility to download and safely store your certificate.

We keep all certificates in our archive for a period of 7 years. The certificate will be available in your profile for 9 months, after that, it may be requested from us for free for another 24 months. (Subject to SOL acceptance regarding reason for loss). After 24 months have elapsed an additional charge of 25 EUR/certificate is applicable to cover administration support. Please contact us: team@sassofia.com
