The course meets the full intent of EASA Part CAMO Requirements (Initial SMS & human factors training should cover all the topics of the training syllabus specified in GM1 CAMO.A.305(g) The training will introduce the delegates to all elements of Aviation Safety Systems & Human Factors with the intention of providing a better understanding of the subject and to find workable methods to improve standards and compliance. An essential part of this training is to meet the objectives of the Lesson Plans – as required by AMC 20-22.Assessment or achieving the objectives should be at the discretion of the training organisation (such as written test, oral test or demonstration of skills). – Need to demonstrate to Quality Audit & Regulators. Supporting documentation such as AMC material is an integral part of training. The training syllabus and curriculum for those personnel directly involved in the maintenance and inspection of EWIS, identified as Target Group 1 and 2, are in Appendix A and C to AMC 20-22.
