EASA Part 145 - 147 Instructor Techniques Course - Train the TrainerThis training is specifically designed to support trained and competent "Maintenance Personnel" who have a desire and willingness to become 145 & 147 Instructor, Trainers and Mentors. If you have a willingness together with Experience, Beliefs, Knowledge, and are able to answer Questions the course will help you to understand how to engage with students.

The course serves as an introduction to the skills and techniques required across a range of areas including Part 145 HF. EWIS, FTS as well as Part 66 Basic Module and Type Rated Training (TRT).

This course will help you to understand techniques to optimize and deliver practical presentations, To focus on the development of your communication skills and to developing the course material

When we study adult learning progams we will understand that adults learn best when they can relate new information with previously learned knowledge, information, and experiences.

The course is primarily focused on the needs of the 147 Instructor to be compliant with the obligation to complete Instructional Techniques Training.
