Graduating from Sofia Technical University with a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Control and Technology, Iva pursued her family's legacy and joined Sofema in October 2020. Never one to settle for less, she's kept on brushing up on her knowledge and is currently the Material Development Administrator for the Training Support of Sofema Online. She maintains the high quality of her work with substantial effort, self-education and just a bit of luck.
