The selection of the American Institute of Applied Sciences highlights the institution’s outstanding commitment to aviation education through its Masters in International Business Administration with a specialization in Aviation Management, and its alignment with our mission to enhance industry safety and compliance through quality training programs.
This landmark initiative is aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of EASA-Compliant Regulatory & Vocational training across Europe, specifically targeting European Aviation Universities and Higher-Level Aviation Education Establishments within the EU and EFTA. The American Institute of Applied Sciences emerges as the first beneficiary of this ambitious program, receiving a €5,000 bursary. This award grants the institute access to an extensive array of over 330 industry-aligned courses, packages, and diplomas offered by Sofema. This collaboration extends beyond mere financial assistance. It integrates high-calibre EASA-compliant online training into the academic curriculum, thereby equipping students with the necessary skills to excel in the aviation industry. We are pleased to announce that up to this date, we have donated over €100,000 in training credits through our online training portal www.sofemaonline.com.
