What is the difference between EASA Part 145 Human Factors & CAMO Human Factors?

After amending Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 as regards of safety management systems in maintenance, EASA missed the opportunity to make this as one training for both organisations by combining the requirements. Part 145 SAFETY TRAINING (INCLUDING HUMAN FACTORS) must comply with the training syllabus found in GM1 145.A.30(e), and Part CAMO organisations training must be in accordance with GM2 CAMO.A.305(g). This is the reason that at the moment there are two separate trainings for personnel, respectively, working at Part145 and CAMO organisations.
