part21 15Brochure ButtonWithin the EU, a Part 21 Subpart G (POA) may be issued by the Regulator of the state of the operator. (Unlike Part 21 Subpart J, which is always obtained directly from EASA.)

This course provides a regulatory understanding of obligations related to EASA, describing the requirements of Part 21, Subpart G (Production Organisation Approval). Consideration is also provided related to the Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM).

It is not necessary to have prior knowledge to participate in this training.

  • To consider the various challenges that face an organisation on an ongoing basis to maintain and manage full compliance.
  • To consider how to ensure full compliance is maintained through the management of competence and the delivery of a strong Quality & Safety System.
