Aviation Regulatory Review - EASA Initial Airworthiness and Continuing Airworthiness 2022 - 2023
In accordance with that provision REGULATION (EU) 2022/1254 , all in-service large aeroplanes certified by the Agency and used in commercial air transport on or after 26 August 2023 are to comply with additional airworthiness requirements commission implementing regulation (EU) 2022/1254 amending Regulation (EU) 2015/640. The course covers the new basic regulation which is based on the aviation strategy adopted by the European Commission on 7 December 2015 when Strategy for Europe laid the foundation for the development of Basic Regulation 2018/1139 with a number of high level objectives. As well as the General Introduction Part 21 G which is required to hold a Production Organisation Exposition (POE) which should show the structure of the organisation, identify the capability and to reference the procedures within the POE.
