» The Risk Control Process should be able to address both safety issue risk assessments as well as management of change.

Safety Culture refers to the extent to which every individual within the organization is aware of the need to address the risks associated with hazards in the workplace.

A successful safety management system should:

» To focus on any hazards impacted by work tasks and

The establishment of Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and Safety Performance Targets (SPTs) are an essential part of the SMS and enable the organisation to Comply with the following:
